Design Team Wednesday with Annette

Howdy folks. Annette here with a confession. Sometimes I get tired of making cards. Don't get me wrong, I still love my hobby, but sometimes I like to take a little detour in my paper crafting endeavors.

Although I have a card at the bottom of my post, I'm excited to share another project I created - candle wrappers!! These wrappers are a fun, festive way to decorate your tablescape for Thanksgiving dinner. They are so easy to make! Just cut some kraft card stock, run it through a paper corrugator and embellish with brads, ribbon, washi tape or bling from Eyelet Outlet!

Turkey brads
Bling
Pumpkin ribbon
Paper - American Crafts
Supplies: Eye brads

It's been a week of celebrating in my family, first with the arrival of my new grand nephew, Preston, and then my daughter's 26th birthday!
Seems like yesterday that she was as tiny as Preston!
Here is a card I made for Preston featuring Eyelet Outlet's adorable Sock Monkey Brad and matching Sock Monkey Washi Tape.

I hung the onsie on one of our cute little Clothes Hanger Brads.

The only thing cuter than this fun project is little Preston himself!!
Supplies Used
New Arrivals Cricut Cartridge (Onsie)
Swiss Dot Embossing Folder
Sock Monkey Brad & Washi Tape
Clothes Hanger Brad
Twine
Button

For my next project, I made a card and coordinating gift bag that each feature Eyelet Outlet's beautiful new Bling Strips and Paper Flowers.

I also added our lovely Pearl Brads to the center of the flowers. These beautiful embellishments come in dozens of luscious colors!

I couldn't resist using the Dollar Sign Brad in the card sentiment because after all, what gal doesn't want to have more FUNDS!

Design Team Wednesday with Susie

Hello Eyelet Outlet Fans!
Susie here with a two new cards to share with you today. I know we are BARELY into the holiday season, but this is the time to start thinking about making our holiday cards.  So my thoughts turned to Christmas cards and I decided to share a few with you today.

Ahh- the joy of scraps!  I adore making cards with scraps laying out on my desk.  This card is made entirely from little pieces of paper from here and there.  But of course the star of the show is the trio of Peppermint Candy Brads lined up on matted squares.  As their name suggests...they look good enough to eat!  I also added some Eyelet Outlet Jewel Bling to finish off my card.
Be sure to check out all of the beautiful colors available.

Now on to card #2

This is a very simple card.  The bottom part is formed with a die and then I added these fantastic Tree Brads along the pathway.  Aren't they just a wonderful winter addition?  Basic card stock and brads can make an elegant card for the holidays.  I think you will agree.

Be sure to be sure to check out the brads I've shown you today along with all our great new products in the Eyelet Outlet store.  Take a look right here.

I hope you like today's cards and I would love for you to visit me at The Dies Have It.
